Hello friends of Parley,
We’ve worked with you on thousands of O-1, EB-1, and NIW drafts over the past year… and now want to replicate that for H-1Bs, TNs, and Ls.
We’re currently working with a few committed partners to build an agentic workflow to automate intake, drafting, form filling and submission for their H-1B, TN, and L-1 programs at scale. If you want early access to the product and the ability to prioritize and shape what comes next - reply to this email to join the Beta.
As a starting point, we’ve rolled out a powerful set of updates (highlighted below) that strengthen some core Parley features and lay the groundwork for this broader solution.
Let Parley complete I-129, I-140, G-28, and I-907 forms using the exhibits you already uploaded. Just select on the Forms Tab for any case you’ve started in Parley.
Parley will now review your client’s evidence, identify source-of-truth documents (e.g. passport, I-94, diploma, offer letter), then leverage those to fill out your forms on your behalf.
Parley’s form is deduplicated across the I-129, I-140, G-28, and I-907 - so any entered data will carry across all forms - no double entry is required.
Started a form and received additional evidence from your client? You can now use the Catch-Up to refresh and Parley will re-scan your new evidence to complete any missing fields.

Upload a few documents, or even just rough notes and Parley will draft your H-1B, now in a live editor that lets you review and revise in real time.
Parley’s draft arguments have been expanded. Your letters now will better contextualize the basis of classification, analyze coursework vs. job duties, and cite DOL data to support specialty occupation claims.
For beneficiary-owner applicants, additional detail will now be included to provide evidence of your client’s ownership requirements.

Save winning arguments and reuse them across future RFE responses, in your voice and tailored to the officer’s comments.
Add legal citations, policy references, and case law analysis to your Playbook and Parley will dynamically apply them to any new RFE.
For example, this could include your analysis of Matter of Dhanasar, an explanation of how VC funding qualifies as a nationally recognized award, or just your handy AAO decision.
This is not a template – Parley will only leverage your language and citation to the extent it’s applicable to the officer’s comments and evidence in the new RFE.

You can access and manage your firm’s Playbook in the Knowledge Base in the left-hand sidebar. If you want any help loading in your firm’s RFE archive - just let us know. We’re happy to assist.
Stay on top of your clients and cases with new filters, statuses, and board view on the Parley Dashboard.
From the Applications page, manage the status of cases from “To Do,” to “Approved.” or switch to board view to quickly drag and drop applications across stages.
Additionally, for quick navigation through your work in Parley, you can now filter by workspace, case type, created date, and petitioner.

Generate RFEs even closer to your final draft with improvements to grouping evidence, intros to sub-arguments, and distinguished arguments for new vs. original petition evidence.
Just like EB-1, O-1, and NIW drafts, you can now create sub-topics within your RFE response, grouping related evidence and enabling your draft to respond to the officer’s comments in a structured fashion.

To get started on an RFE response, select the toggle in the top right hand corner of a new or existing case.
Then pull over any existing evidence from the original petition. Original evidence is distinct from any new evidence you upload to the RFE. It will be referred to separately in the draft and will not be included in RFE exhibit exports.
Get instant updates when your RFE response is received by the USCIS — just toggle tracking in Parley next to your client’s receipt number in any RFE draft to get started.

Easily manage the order of your draft by dragging criteria sections in the left-hand sidebar on the Index tab — your petition and exhibit packet will update automatically.
Parley now adds more detail to how your client’s awards and associations were judged by experts in the field, ensuring stronger, more precise arguments.
I-129 and I-140 forms now include ancillary sections by visa type, allowing you to generate more complete and accurate forms.
Letters now contextualize the recommender’s specific background and relationship to your client, highlighting exactly which achievements they can credibly speak to.
Chats with the Parley Agent are now saved — so you can pick up where you left off when reviewing strengths, gaps, or evidence with your client.
If you’re currently swamped in H-1Bs, TNs, Ls, or RFEs and want a front-row seat and prioritized feedback to the next generation of automated intake, forms, drafts, and case tracking, just reply to this note. We’d love for you to join our Beta and build alongside you.
Thanks again and wishing you all a happy Independence Day 🇺🇸
